Biography
Mr. Bromley is the Senior Associate at Forrest & Forrest and specializes in all family law and divorce matters, including paternity, premarital agreements, domestic violence, enforcement, contempt, alimony, child support, custody, visitation, parenting plans, time-sharing, equitable distribution, property division, restraining orders, as well as post-judgment modifications.
He joined the Law Office of Forrest & Forrest, PLLC in 2020 as an associate attorney, devoting his legal practice entirely to family law cases.
Prior to handling family law matters, Mr. Bromley worked for the State of Florida for 5 years representing and advocating the best interests of abused, abandoned, and neglected children with the Guardian ad Litem Program. The majority of his time with the State of Florida was spent in the courtroom arguing cases on behalf of minor children who had been removed from their parents and needed to be reunified.
He is well-qualified to litigate adoptions, both private and state facilitated.
In private practice, he also uses his experience to represent clients who have temporarily lost custody of their children and are facing allegations made by the Department of Children & Families. He is a graduate of the Palm Beach Atlantic University (B.A., 2012) and Nova Southeastern University School of Law (J.D., 2015).
