Before joining the Law Offices of Daniel E. Forrest, P.A., Anne Bittner served as the Director of Investigations at a boutique litigation firm with offices in New York City and Dallas, where she planned and led large-scale investigations for clients including the NRA and 3M. In addition, Anne successfully brought to a conclusion one of the largest divorce cases in the state of Texas, with assets in excess of $350 million dollars.

Ms. Bittner has 10 years of experience conducting special investigations for the Federal Government.  She has also owned her own contract investigating business and a private investigation agency.

Anne Bittner earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England Law in 2007. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from the State University of New York at Albany, in 2004.

Ms. Bittner is on the advisory board for “Southpaw Prince, Inc.”, a Palm Beach County, Florida non-profit organization promoting the personal development of underprivileged youth through the sport of boxing. She also holds a Master Captain’s license through the US Coast Guard.
